So, Orange was being a bit weird. For that matter, we all were: that was the Staff Phase. For some reason--don't ask, because no one really knows--senior techies had this thing with having staffs. Technically, they were more like scepters, because a full length staff is unwieldy. Orange had an oddly-shaped construction of wood, another had a particularly funny piece of plastic tubing, I had a small crowbar. But what did we do with them? Steal the others, of course. And what better place to place a wooden stick than under a table saw? We're an odd crew.
