Our school put on a production of Beauty and the Beast. An early (and critical) artistic decision was to have the players who play the wolves also play gargoyles in the castle, and also for them to act as 'background' for the castle scenes, moving scenery onstage, and so forth. In any case, method acting was used, and so the wolves were quite ferocious. I was wandering around backstage before the show one night, checking things. And I happened to be in a back hallway, and encountered a pair of the wolves. When we met, all three of us stopped. They started circling, so I dropped what I was holding and countered. We circled for a few minutes, growling in low tones. After a few minutes, they had a call, and had to leave. I vowed for a rematch. Which has not happened yet. Also, if you speak Wolf, the above comic is hilarious.
