019: Sorry, But Can You Think Up A Better Punchline?
Raiders of the Bad Puns: Part VI
What better than Monty Python to finish off? (Because, really, could you think up a better punchline? Rhetorical question; no emails please!)
The foot, for those who aren't hardcore Monty Python fans, is the foot of Cupid from Agnolo Bronzino's "Venus, Cupid, Folly and Time," a 1545 painting about, well, Venus, Cupid, Folly, and Time. The foot was used by Terry Gilliam to crush the title, or credits, or really anything else, in the Monty Python TV series. |
